	1.      Barclays Bank (Mar – Dec 2004, Feb – Mar 2005) 2005 – Developed Outlook based Forms for Front Office requests 2004 – Designed and developed Access based system for management of KPI data from existing Excel based system. System utilises Excel Templates sent to suppliers via MS Outlook for data collection. On return templates are imported and logged into calculation database and consolidated KPI data is then fed into a second database for web reporting. System also collates volume specific data from data warehouse.
	2.         Powergen (Dec 2000, Feb - Apr 2001, Jul 2001, Aug 2002, Jun – Dec 2003) Jun – Dec 2003 – Analysed process for handling Change of Supplier data transmitted between suppliers in Excel spreadsheets. Specified and developed Access XP database to enable efficient data handling and provided KPI reports. Analysed requirements to enhance existing Sales Quotations Access database to include new pricing structures. Developed new reports and converted to Access XP. Converted process for handling Market Domain Data Flows from Access 97 to Access XP (see also paragraph 12) Aug 2002 – Developed Excel solution to record log of testing plans and failures. Jul 2001 – Developed generic file import and manipulation routine for Access 97 Database using VBA and VB6 to process rejections from Oracle Database. Feb – Apr 2001 – Analysed Excel based Purchase Order system. Redesigned and redeveloped using Access 97. Dec 2000 – Assisted with development of Access database to monitor trial of Mobile Phone Sales and provide structured data flow to fulfilment house.
	3.         HBOS (Dec 2000, Jan - Jun 2001, May - Aug 2002, Nov 2002 – Mar 2003) Nov 2002 – Mar 2003 – Analysed existing Excel based process for producing KPI data from sales data and redeveloped cutting processing time by 80%. Developed Access 2000 database to analyse SQL Server based Sales KPI data. May – Aug 2002 – Developed enclosed VBA front end for user written spreadsheet to calculate competitive banking, credit card and personal loan costs for use in branch network. 2001 – Analysed process for monitoring contractor budgets and developed a system integrating MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 2000 – Developed Time recording database for Security department using Access 95.
	4.         Royal Mail (Apr - May 2003) Developed Excel based system for administration of Leavers
	5.         National Grid Transco (Jun 2001 - Jul 2002, Jan 2005) 2005 – Access database development 2001-2002 – Lotus 123 to MS Excel conversion. Developed VB/VBA process for bulk conversion of Lotus 123 spreadsheets to MS Excel 2000 workbooks including incorporation of macros. Also developed generic VBA process for handling Excel Add-Ins and custom Workbook and Worksheet Icon Bars.
	6.         Boots (Aug - Sep 95, Mar - Sep 99 plus ad hoc days, Sep 2002) 2002 – Analysed user written Excel application for monitoring contract costs and converted to Access XP. 1999 – Assisted in migration of users from Lotus Smartsuite and WordPerfect to Microsoft Office.  Redesigned a number of Lotus 1-2-3 applications some using ODBC links to SQL Server. Also developed and delivered training courses in VBA programming and use of SQL queries in Excel. 1995 – Boots Healthcare International - Developed Lotus 123 application to process market trend data from bureau.
	7.         BT Network Connect (Jun - Nov 2000) Analysed and automated user written Access 97 database providing Performance Measurement Statistics for local circuit installations. Further developed the system to include Excel 97 based reporting tool and published data in FrontPage 2000. Also provided data file management routines using FTP with VB Script and WIN API.
	8.         AstraZeneca (Aug -Nov 2000) Converted and enhanced Word 95 templates to Word 2000.
	9.         United News & Media (Oct 99 to May 2000) Responsible for migrating applications from Lotus Smartsuite to MS Office. This included conversion of both Spreadsheets and Databases and involved analysis of the processes in use and redesign of applications based on the different functionality of the Microsoft and Lotus programs. Responsible for setting guidelines and standards for VBA development.
	10.     Carlsberg Tetley (Jul - Sep 99) Lead Technical Consultant for migration from Lotus 1-2-3 to MS Excel. Responsible to client Project Manager for training and assignment of work to other team members. Developed and delivered Excel VBA training course as well as translation of Lotus 1-2-3 applications to MS Excel and VBA, including redesign where necessary.
	11.     Energis (Jul - Aug 99) Created Word and PowerPoint templates with macros for company re-branding.
	12.     Perot Systems (East Midlands Electricity) (Sept 94 - Feb 99) Initially involved in development of a number of Lotus 123 spreadsheets for analysis and processing Energy trading and demand forecasting data. Joined Desktop development and to assist with development of standards for MS Office based applications.  Developed a number of Access, Excel and VB applications and in particular analysed Market Domain Data Flow processes and developed application for processing these to enable compliance with regulations.
	13.     CardForce (Jan 98) Developed MS Access 97 system for monitoring Credit Card applications.
	14.     Latham, Crossley & Davis – Insolvency Practitioners (May 96 - Nov 97) Provided installation, support and training on PC  hardware and applications.  Upgraded users from Lotus 1-2-3 & WordPerfect to MS Office 97.
	15.     Sands Oil & Gas - Oil Exploration Company (Jun 96 - Mar 97) Providing support on Novell network and Microsoft Office 95 applications.
	16.     Nationwide Building Society (Mar – Sep 94) Supported installation and configuration of E-Mail and MS Office 4.2 Software.
	17.     P&P - PC Hardware and Software Distribution company (Jan – Mar 95) Provided resource management for company wide upgrade of Lotus Notes
	18.     fPrint - PC Audit company (Sep 93 - Mar 94) Project management an analysis of PC hardware and software audits.
	19.    Country Desks - Furniture mail order and retail company (Ongoing) Developed customer administration and invoicing database using Lotus Smartsuite.
